VolcanoHost’s main focus is to provide reliable web hosting at a reasonable cost. However, we quickly realized there were other services that our customer base needed.
The first service we added was in the field of domain registrations. In the past, we have had dealings with some rather shady domain registrars. Some just provided extremely poor service. Others were just too expensive. One even demanded we “backorder” a domain that should have been available. When we refused to pay for a backorder, they sold the domain to a domain squatter! We had enough, so we created Domain Officials as a service for our clients. That way we can be sure nothing hinky goes on. If you find the “big daddy” registrar's ads to be offensive, why not give Domain Officials a shot? We think you will be happy with the domain-related products and services we provide.
